SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on lettermail packages, this is only for things that can fit through the lettermail slot. This is untracked and uninsured. Meaning it is untraceable and if your parcel fails to arrive there is no insurance to replace it. This can also take many weeks to arrive. Anything too thick to send lettermail gets mailed though Canada Post, and you are charged a flat rate. There is a shipping estimator at the bottom of the cart page where you can see how much it is estimated to be. For example, two beanies are too thick but 1 beanie can go lettermail. Anything with a pom pom can't go lettermail.
For tracked & insured parcels we charge a flat rate of $15 in Canada.
We also offer complimentary shipping in Canada on orders over $125.
Shipping costs to anywhere else are actual calculated shipping costs. Express & priority options are available for all items and will be shown at time of checkout.
If you have an Okanagan postal code you will have the option to chose local pickup at check out if you do not need your item shipped.
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Made to order items ship within 5-7 business days. Custom order times vary. Please message us for details.
Canada Post becomes responsible for shipping once packages leave our hands and have been received and signed by carrier. Please contact them with the tracking number provided if there are any issues with delivery.
LOCAL PICKUP
We offer local pickup. If you plan to pick up your prepaid item in the lower foothills in Vernon, BC., please choose the local pickup option at checkout. We will email you information to schedule your pickup.
RETURNS
We want you to love our products but we do accept returns. The product must be unwashed, unworn and in its original shape. No returns on custom or sale orders, sorry no exceptions.
Please send your items tracked and insured, we are not responsible for lost packages without tracking or insurance. All shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we have received the returned item, in acceptable shape, we will provide a refund excluding amount of the original shipping paid.
Sorry, we do not provide exchanges, please complete another transaction.
For defects please inspect your product and contact us with details of the product prior to returning it. We will ask you to provide photos and describe the issue.
We provide care instructions for all our products. Please follow these directions to keep your item in its beautiful condition. Our luxury knits are to be treated with care. For all our items please do not wash or store them by velcro or other sharp objects such as zippers or jeans, etc. And please be mindful of your pets, they seem to love the pom poms as much as we do. :)
